Austevoll Seafood ASA har fullført en emisjon på 18,4 millioner aksjer, til tegningskurs kroner 35,50 per aksje.
Det opplyser selskapet i en børsmelding i dag. Kursen havnet med det 2 kroner under gårsdagens sluttkurs på Oslo Børs, tilsvarende en rabatt på 5,33 prosent.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 16 September 2009. Austevoll Seafood ASA ("AUSS") has on 17 September 2009 completed a private placement for a total of 18,400,000 new shares, representing approximately 10% of the registered share capital. The subscription price was set to NOK 35.50 per share, giving gross proceeds of approximately NOK 653.2 million.
DnB NOR Markets, a part of DnB NOR Bank ASA, and Pareto Securities AS acted as Managers in the transaction.
Net proceed will be applied towards general corporate purposes and strengthening of the Company's balance sheet in order to be able to take advantage of future industry consolidation.
The shares delivered in the private placement will comprise of already listed shares made available to the Managers from the major shareholder LACO AS. Consequently, all shares offered in the private placement will be tradable immediately after allocation.
The shares borrowed will be redelivered to LACO AS by issue of new shares under an authorisation granted to the Board of AUSS by a shareholders' resolution passed on 27 May 2009.
