Oslo Børs har godkjent prospektet fra Sølvtrans Holding ASA, som er utarbeidet i anledning selskapets forestående børsnotering.
Tilbudsperioden for kapitalutvidelsen i selskapet, løper fra 17.-25. mars. Prospektet beskriver selskapet og markedsforhold med videre.
Nytt navn og nytt styre
Generalforsamlingen i Sølvtrans Holding AS som ble avholdt tirsdag 16. mars, vedtok i tråd med styrets forslag, å omdanne selskapet til et allmennaksjeselskap, med navnet Sølvtrans Holding ASA.
Omdanningen til allmennaksjeselskap krever vedtektsendringer i Sølvtrans Holding ASA og alle foreslåtte vedtektsendringer i denne forbindelse ble vedtatt av generalforsamlingen.
Generalforsamlingen vedtok også styrets forslag til nye styremedlemmer.
De nye styremedlemmene er: Kristin Alm (valgt for 1 år), Marit Dille (valgt for 1 år) og Kristin Krohn Devold (valgt for 2 år).
Styret består etter dette av følgende syv medlemmer:
Roger Halsebakk (styreleder), Oddbjørn Lende, Leif Holst, Anders Hvide, Kristin Alm, Marit Dille og Kristin Krohn Devold.

following members:
Roger Halsebakk (44), Chairman. Halsebakk has been the Chairman of the Board since the incorporation of the Company, He was one of the founders of the Company, and was the CEO in the Company until 2004. Halsebakk has more than 23 years experience in the wellboat market. Halsebakk is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ålesund, Norway.
Oddbjørn Lende (45), Board member. Lende has been a Board member since 2004. He has economic experience from Høyskoledata AS, and has previously worked as CEO in Office Line AS and as a selfemployed consultant. Lende has been the finance manager in Lorentzens Skibs Management AS since 2003. Lende holds several board positions in property companies and investment companies. Lende is educated within finance from BI Norwegian School of Management. Lende is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Leif Holst (65), Board member. Holst has been a Board member since 2007. Holst has experience from Bergen Bank, Garanti-instituttet for eksportkreditt. Further, he has worked as finance manager for Rederiet Reksten, and as CEO for the shipping operations in A/S Investa, in Norges Hypotekinnstitutt A/S and Vilhelm Torkildsen Rederi. Holst has been the CEO of Neumann Holding AS since 1997. Holst holds several board positions within the areas business, shipping, offshore and property. Holst holds a bachelor degree from BI Norwegian School of Management, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, USA. Holst is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Bergen, Norway.
Kristin Alm (47), Board member. Alm was elected to the Board in 2010, Alm has good experience from and knwoledge of the Norwegian shipping industry, and is currently employed as Manager Human Resources in Fred. Olsen Production ASA and holds board memberships in various companies. Alm is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Marit Dille, (45), Board member. Dille was elected to the Board in 2010, and has extensive experience traditional fish farming of salmon in the period between 1985 and 2003, from the family owned company Nærøy Fiskeoppdrett AS, and later Marine Harvest Norway AS. Dille is currently the general manager and a shareholder of the consultancy Prosesskompetanse AS in addition to board memberships in various companies. Dille is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Nærøy, Nord Trøndelag.
Kristin Krohn Devold, (49), Board member, Krohn Devold was elected to the Board in 2010. She has an extensive experience from Norwegian and international politics and government including inter alia elected member of the Norwegian parliament for 12 years and 4 years as the Norwegian minister of defence. She is currently the Secretary General, Norwegian Mountain Tracking Association and holds board memberships in various companies including shipping and offshore companies.
Anders Hvide, (46), Board Member, Hvide has been a member of the Board since 2004. Hvide is working chairman of the board in Northland Resources S.A. and has previously worked at the corporate departments of Pareto Securities and Pareto Private Equity during a period of 8 years. Before those engagements he was employed as the managing director of Crew Gold and CEO of Mindex ASA. Hvide holds a MBA from Harvard University in Boston and a Bachelor from U.S.C., Los Angeles. Hvide is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
